All researchers interested in conducting research in SFUSD must complete the Application to Conduct Research in the SFUSD, which now includes:
     * Research Study Application
     * Survey Application
     * Data use agreement (DUA)

*** Application deadline is March 15, 2012 for research to be conducted in the 2012-13 school year.
