SBRC Survey for Teachers

After discussion with the UESF Elementary Committee, SFUSD has put together a Task Force to review and provide guidance on revisions to the TK-5 Standards Based Report Cards.  The Task Force has defined the purpose of the SFUSD K-5 SBRC as follows: to provide a concise and periodic tool for communication among teachers, families and students that includes comprehensible information about a child’s social emotional development, academic development and unique assets.  In an effort to make this tool useful to teachers and families while serving the above purpose, feedback from both groups is essential.  Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with the SBRCs.

Web design is the procedure for creating web sites . It encompasses several unique aspects, including webpage layout, content creation, and image design. As the terms web design and web development are frequently used interchangeably, web design is a sub set of the wider category of internet development.
Internet sites are made with a mark up language referred to as HTML. Web designers build pages using HTML tags which define the content and metadata of each web page. The design and appearance of these weather within a webpage have been usually characterized using CSS, or cascading style sheets. So, most internet sites include a blend of HTML and CSS that defines each page will appear at a browser.
Some web designers like to hand code pages (scanning HTML and CSS from scratch), but others work with a"WYSIWYG" editor such as Adobe Dreamweaver. Such a editor gives a visual interface for designing your webpage design and the software automatically produces the corresponding HTML and CSS code. Still another popular way to design sites is with an content management system such as WordPress or Joomla. These services deliver different site templates that can be used as a starting point for a fresh website. Webmasters can then add content and customize the layout using an internet interface.
While HTML and CSS have been used to style the look and feel of a website, images must be created separately. For that reason, graphicdesign can resonate with  https://bit.ly/2ZP7omS  , since graphic designers often create pictures for use on the Web. Some graphics programs like Adobe Photoshop also incorporate a"Save for Web..." option that provides a simple means to export images in a format optimized for web publishing.
