Survey Description:	We want to know what YOU think about your child's school. The purpose of this voluntary survey is to obtain your feedback on how our school district is doing in our commitment to our students and families—as described in our district’s strategic plan. The results of your survey, along with the results of all family, school staff, and student surveys, will be reported by the District’s Research, Planning and Accountability Department in the fall. This survey is confidential. No one at your child’s school will ever see your individual answers. You do not have to answer any question you do not wish to answer, but we hope you will answer as many questions as you can! Thank you very much for helping to improve your child’s school.
